about
The thing about Pedro's hack idea, different to previous remix is that the original music has been composed with the a priori intention that the material will be reinterpreted by another specifically chosen composer. In some ways this resembles a cross-synthesis of musical minds, where the original recording is the impulse, the hacker is the response.
Such multiplication has captured unfamiliar emotion and universal energies within the time of its resulting duration.
The end piece, a convolution of both of our sonic worlds resonates with the fathomless messages of musical language.
